We requirea $50 deposit to secure all colour & weft adjustment appointments. you will
receive a text immediately after making your booking; please follow the link to
make your payment. this deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred should
you need to reschedule. remember.. 24 hours notice is required to avoid a late
cancellation fee.

depositsnot made 7 days prior to your appointment will not be secured and will be
contacted & canceled. we understand things happen sometimes, but last
minute cancellations do not give us enough time to fill the time allowed
foryour appointment.

pleaseremember, last minute changes can be touch on small businesses likes our.

remindertexts are sent out 24 hours before your appointment with the ability to cancel.
if you cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice, your deposit can be
transferred to your next or rebooked appointment. however, if less than 24
hours notice is given, your reposit will be forfeited & you will be
reuquired to pay again to make a new appointment.

we have azero tolerance policy for all no shows. if you do not turn up for your
bookinged, you will be charged $100 or 100% of your missed service price &
unable to rebooked any future appointment suntil this is paid.
